Experience the freedom of gliding over one of the last remaining natural forested valleys along the Sabie River adjacent to the Kruger National Park. The aerial cable trail takes you down into the valley basin, stopping along the way on a number of elevated platforms to admire the natural vegetation, birdlife and the views of the forest floor below.
Each section of the trail varies in length from 70 to 230 m linking a total of 10 platforms, making the total length of the trail 1.2km. The trail has been designed and built to South African civil engineering standards and all the equipment has been designed specifically for this activity. The duration of the activity is around 2 ½ hours.
The Tree-Top Challenge is an elevated obstacle course or high ropes course, made up of interconnecting poles or trees that support various obstacles or elements between them. All these interconnecting poles and trees form a giant “jungle gym” suitable for both young and old (adult) kids.
The course is the first of its kind in South Africa and is built to European Rope Course Standards, and has the latest continuous belay safety system imported from Switzerland. The course itself is made up of 19 exciting elements from balancing beams, rope bridges, spider’s webs and much more all ending on our 50m zip line. It’s suitable for people of all ages who are up for the challenge.
We have been offering one hour long flights over the scenic, Lowveld section of the Blyde River, West of Hoedspruit since 2003. The terrain is a mixture of farmland and private nature reserves at the foot of the Drakensberg Escarpment. Although it is not a "big 5" safari flight, this location has proven to be the most popular in the Hoedspruit area and in the Lowveld, for that matter.
The Escarpment forms an amphitheater at this location, providing safe shelter from the prevailing winds. Having experimented with different areas in the Lowveld, we have come to the conclusion that this area offers the very best in terms of safety, accessibility and scenic splendour. More than 10 000 passengers have now enjoyed scenic flights here.

Undoubtedly one of the true jewels of the South African golfing scene, the Sabie River Golf Course located in the lush green countryside of Hazyview is just one of four full eighteen holes courses in Mpumalanga yet has ranked among South Africa’s top ten golfing course regularly.
Water is a huge factor here on the Sabie Course, it comes into play on all but four of the holes and memories of river crossings, dams are sure to stand out after your game. Perhaps more striking than the actual threat of water is what it is home to, and with Sabie River Golf Course in such close proximity to the Sabie Sands Reserve and the Kruger National Park, you probably won’t be surprised to hear that a few dozen hippo’s and crocodiles have taken up permanent residence.
